CEOHaving started her first debt collection business at 21, Jenny went on to lead and build PwC's Receivables Management Group - whilst still only in her 20s. This rich experience led to the launch of Veritas 15 years ago, and the springboard for the success it is today.
Honoured for her industry achievements with a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Jenny has a collegiate approach to management which ensures that everyone in the business collaborates on the business, for the collective benefit of clients, careers and credit management practice.
Jenny is a fan of visiting foreign countries, particularly ones with great coast lines that let her indulge her love of sea travel.

Client ServicesMCICM and ACIB trained, Janice's early career in banking led her to a senior role managing the UK wide credit control function of a Top 100 UK law firm. An expert in recovery process, Janice has led credit management projects in a very wide range of sectors and situations.
Janice manages Veritas's national team of credit controllers and plays a key role in the development of the business through her thorough mastery of compliance, regulation and operational systems.
In addition Janice uses her extensive knowledge to oversea the educational development of the Credit Control team through the knowledge zone, skills Matrix and hands- on project experience.
A fan of hot and sunny climes, Janice and her family are fervent foreign travellers.

Credit ControlNicola brings extensive credit management and financial services experience to Veritas, gained from more than 37 years at the RBS Group.
Having started work with NatWest straight out of school, Nicola worked her way up through the ranks, managing teams and a Branch. She then moved within the group to RBS Invoice Finance where she spent the last 10 years, latterly as Credit Control Manager.
Nicola relocated from London to the South Coast 18 months ago, a great example of the flexibility that the Veritas Virtual™ service affords our Credit Management team and our clients. In her free time, she loves nothing more than sitting in her car eating ice cream, watching the waves roll in. She also has 2 beautiful Shih Tzu puppies which keep her busy, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

CollectionsOne of Veritas' longest serving staff, Denise brings nearly three decades of experience to bear, including ten years in insolvency. Denise heads Veritas' collections services, delivering end-stage collections for a wide spectrum of clients.
Denise's specialist subject is problematic debts. She is forensic and tenacious in discovering the true reasons for non-payment and is legendary for her politeness, persistence and persuasion.
A keen cricketer, with connections at the highest levels in the game, Denise also enjoys exploring the UK countryside in her touring caravan.

PA to the DirectorateEmma is a highly organised member of the Veritas team, assisting the Directors with diary management and ensuring that members of the Management Team are on track with their busy schedules. She is also an active support in our business development and staff development activity.
Utilising our bespoke CRM system, Emma is key within the management of our client related data in accordance with GDPR.
Having worked in the invoice finance industry for 13 years starting with Arbuthnot Commercial Finance before moving to Bibby Financial Services, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Veritas team.
Emma loves a challenge and gets involved in a number of charity events – ranging from sky diving to taking on the Three Peaks Challenge and walking the foothills of the Himalayas and parts of the Great Wall of China. Emma has a two-year old daughter and enjoys spending time with her family.

Business DevelopmentZara works as an integral part of our PR and Marketing team and is responsible for driving our campaigns for the Virtual Credit Control and training.
As an LSE graduate and having been awarded a Future Leaders award, Zara exudes a winning attitude and likes to take an ‘Out of the Box’ approach to business. As a previous Brand Champion and working within Marketing, Zara has gained an abundance of knowledge within the creative sphere and this matched with her passion for achieving results, creates the perfect combination for Zara’s role within Business Development.
As a fond reader and fan of boxing, one of Zara’s favourite quotes is from Muhammad Ali’s book, The Soul of A Butterfly (2004). “If the mind can conceive it, and my heart can believe it- then I can achieve it”. Zara calls this her motto for life and is a firm believer that you can achieve great things, with a positive mindset and added perseverance.

IT DevelopmentAs the Ernest Shackleton of the Veritas business, Sara is our pioneer in the development of our apps. Her work enables the team to deliver a highly regarded, technology enabled, service.
With Sara's scientific background and analytical mind, she is able to delve into the 365 environment, the platform that Veritas uses in all aspects of our business. She proactively creates IT enabled process to support HR, Finance and Client Support.
